Phase II and Multiple Offender Program (MOP)

Phase II and MOP are seven (7) day residential programs held at Amethyst House in Epping. The maximum fee, set by NH DHHS, is $1,550.00, although the New Hampshire Code of Administrative Rules (He-A 900) allows Amethyst to charge $1,240.00 for Phase II only. A deposit of $200.00 is required to confirm Phase II enrollment. The remaining $1,040.00 is due on the Friday of arrival. The State of New Hampshire arranges MOP fee collection directly with each client. Phase II begins Friday at 3:00 pm and ends the following Thursday at 5:00 pm. Interviews are done during the program. Clients must remain the entire week.

Intake Interview: A one (1) hour Intake Interview is required for enrollment in all programs. The interview consists of program registration, an oral interview and the completion of diagnostic instruments.

Assessment Interview: A one (1) hour Assessment Interview is required, except for out of state residents with out of state convictions. The interview is conducted by a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC). Each treatment plan is formulated, pursuant to the guidelines in NH Code of Administrative Rules He-A 700.

Certified Motor Vehicle Record: Effective August 8, 1993, each client must provide a certified motor vehicle record, no more than sixty (60) days old, from the state in which he/she is (was) last licensed and the state of arrest/conviction.
